This Grappa Moscato Affinata Villa Isa by Roberto Della Valle is an excellent Grappa, in which the Moscato grape is fully revealed. The pomace is separately fired using traditional methods in small pot stills discontinuous. This method ensures a gentle treatment of the pulp and thus obtaining the original aroma.
